Pankaj Gulati CEO and Chairman Prior to becoming the CEO and Chairman, Pankaj was the VP of Operations at MoreMagic where he was responsible for Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Support, and Contracts. Previously, Pankaj was the Director of Wireless Intelligent Network Applications at Lucent Technologies, where he was a part of the management team that grew the business to $150M with over 50 customers worldwide in 3 years. With Lucent, Pankaj deployed Network Care and Customer Care solutions for Sprint PCS, AT&T, Alltel, US Cellular, Cingular, Telefonica, and Telecom Italia. Pankaj holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri and has completed the Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Pankaj is a frequent speaker at the Babson College Executive Education Program. Chris Manos Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Chris has been CFO at a number of successful venture-backed companies, starting with Hampshire Chemical, an LBO/MBO of W.R. Grace's Organic Chemicals division in Lexington, MA where Chris had been CFO.  After selling Hampshire Chemical to Sentrachem several years later, he became CFO of Imagitas, a highly successful and award-winning company that was sold to Pitney Bowes.  Before joining MoreMagic in 2006, Chris was CFO of NxStage Medical, a company that developed a novel device for the treatment of kidney failure.  The company went public late in 2005.  Chris has extensive experience with venture debt, raising capital from VCs, building business plans, contracting, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as HR and legal functions.  His BA in chemistry from Bowdoin College was granted magna cum laude, and he earned an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentrations in Finance and Industrial Relations.  He is a member of Financial Executives International and lives in Lincoln, MA with his wife and two sons. Carol J. Meier Vice President of Marketing Carol joined MoreMagic Solutions after a successful tenure leading MassNetComms, an industry association of communications companies in Massachusetts, where she worked with technology startups to achieve their strategic marketing, finance, and business development objectives. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched wireless applications and new category products in worldwide markets. At several communications startups, she has led marketing organizations through the company's growth years, while VP of Marketing at Artisoft, acquired by Vertical Communications; GN Netcom; and Boston Technology, acquired by Comverse Network Systems. Carol holds a BSE from Princeton University and earned her MBA at the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University. Greg Coogan Vice President of Sales - North America Greg Coogan is Vice President of Sales for North America, and is responsible for sales and market development in the region. Greg has been in the mobile industry since 1990, having spent 10 years working for BellSouth Mobility in various sales and marketing positions in Florida. Previous to joining MoreMagic Solutions, Greg worked for 5 years with Cable & Wireless in the Caribbean, heading their sales organization in the Northern Caribbean, before becoming Vice President of Mobile with responsibility for the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, Anguilla, and Montserrat. He is a graduate of the business school of the University of Connecticut. Alex Tarlamis Vice President of Sales - Latin America Alex Tarlamis is Vice President of Sales and is responsible for sales and market development for the Latin American region. Alex brings 20 years of international wireless and telecommunications experience to MoreMagic Solutions having spent most of his career with Nortel Networks. During his tenure in Nortel, Alex had extensive international experience including offshore assignments in Asia Pacific and Brazil in various positions of engineering, business development, and sales. Prior to joining MoreMagic Solutions, Alex had spent three years with bcgi starting their global business development and progressed into sales and channel partnerships for the Caribbean and Latin America. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering and also speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Shyam Chittajallu Vice President of Technology Shyam is responsible for implementing the product roadmap, architecture, R&D, and Quality Management. Prior to joining MoreMagic, Shyam was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in the Wireless Intelligent Network Applications Group at Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for pre-sales support and systems engineering for several Tier 1 operators, including Sprint PCS, TNZ, and Singtel. He has over 20 years experience in the field of telecommunications software development. Shyam holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Michael LaRose Manager - Financial Operations Michael is responsible for all finance and accounting transactions for the MoreMagic Companies. He has over 25 years experience within the financial and accounting fields. For the past 15 years, Michael has served as a financial consultant to various technology companies. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Accounting & Finance, and Accounting Manager for various Massachusetts technology companies. Michael is a C.P.A., formerly of Deloitte & Touche in Boston. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, and he received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Villanova University.
